I'm Hannah, a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate (RCT-C) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. I work with adults who are seeking support, clarity, and space to reconnect with themselves, especially during life’s more overwhelming or uncertain moments.
