How I Can Support You

Everyone’s journey is unique, and so is the support they need. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I'm here to walk alongside you. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on for you, make sense of your experiences, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

Services I Offer

I work with individuals from a multi-modality lens, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals. Some of the modalities I integrate include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. My approach is flexible and collaborative, with each session individually tailored to support your personal journey.

Some of the issues I offer support for include, but are not limited to:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Depression and low mood

  • Relationship issues

  • Boundaries and communication

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Burnout and overwhelm

  • Life transitions (career changes, divorce, moving, etc.)

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • People-pleasing and perfectionism

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

In my work with clients, I often use CBT to help explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns and work on developing more balanced and supportive ways of thinking. CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that can offer practical tools for managing issues like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT guides much of my approach to helping clients build a life aligned with their values. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, ACT focuses on accepting them and committing to actions that move you toward what truly matters. I support clients in developing psychological flexibility and learning skills like mindfulness and values-based living.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) shapes much of my approach to helping clients relate differently to their thoughts and emotions. MBCT combines mindfulness practices with principles of cognitive therapy to break cycles of rumination and self-criticism. Rather than trying to push away difficult experiences, we learn to observe them with curiosity and compassion. I support clients in cultivating present-moment awareness, developing a kinder relationship with themselves, and building skills that foster emotional balance and resilience.
