5.

What can I expect in the first session?

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your goals, and we’ll explore what a supportive and comfortable space looks like for you. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to, this time is about creating safety and building a foundation for our work together.

6.

How much are sessions?

Sessions are $175-$190. In many cases, insurance may cover part or all of the cost. Please visit the "Fees" page for more details.

7.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, but we can adjust the frequency based on your needs, goals, finances, and availability.

8.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your individual needs. Some people benefit from just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term support.

9.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, I offer both in-person and secure video sessions.

10.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the cancellation fee, which is the full amount of a session. More details in the "Fees" page above.
